1. Acceptance

By accessing lumenism.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older to create an account.

3. The Service

You complete a 120-item IPIP-NEO questionnaire; we return an OCEAN profile (with nine sub-bands per facet) and a poetic “Symbolic Identity” overview.
Reports are informational only — not medical advice.
Features may evolve; major changes announced 14 days beforehand.

4. User obligations

Provide truthful information and keep credentials secure.
No scraping, reverse-engineering or resale.
No unlawful or harmful content.

5. Intellectual property

Lumenism owns all software, branding and narrative text. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view and download your reports.

6. Payments & refunds

Fees are charged immediately via Stripe. Because the report is a bespoke digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable (EU Digital Content Directive Art. 16).

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not warrant that results are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, Lumenism’s total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) €50 or (b) the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time; data are erased within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid or your local EU court of jurisdiction under EU consumer regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to users and posted 14 days before they take effect.

12. Miscellaneous

External links. The Service may link to third-party sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content.
Availability. We target 99 % monthly uptime but may suspend the Service for maintenance or events beyond our control.
Educational use. Reports are intended for self-reflection only and do not constitute clinical or legal advice.
