Refund Policy

All Lumenism personality reports are digital goods delivered immediately after payment. Because access is granted and the full content is available at the moment of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

EU / EEA customers

By completing your purchase you expressly agree that the download and/or streaming of the digital content begins immediately. You acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day “right of withdrawal” under Article 16 (m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Accidental duplicate charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment) please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund of the duplicate amount.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback after receiving the digital report may result in permanent loss of access to future Lumenism products and services. Please contact support first so we can help resolve any issue.
